It was a well-planned housing project aimed to offer commercial and residential properties on an easy installment plan but dot to non-approval of NOC the Capital Development Authority marked this mega housing project illegal.

According to the real estate rules of CDA Islamabad, every housing project should apply for the approval of the NOC and there is a list of some rules/prerequisites that a housing project should cover to get the official approval of the NOC by CDA.
