Spring Valley is a well-planned housing society that was planned to be constructed on the main Simly Dam Road which is right next to Sanjalian Road and Banigala to Bharakahu Road. Currently, the project is on the list of illegal housing societies because the developers haven’t applied for NOC due to which CDA has marked this housing project illegal.

The residential plots are available in 3.5 Marla, 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, and 1 Kanal size. For the commercial areas, the plots are available in 2-marla and 4-marla sizes. Unfortunately, the project is illegal because of its NOC. It is expected that the developers will soon apply for NOC. We will update more information about this mega project.
