Payment Plan
The residential plots are available in 3.5 marla, 5 marla, 7 marla, and 10 marla sizes and if you want to buy a commercial plot, the commercial plots are available in 2 marla, and 4 marla sizes. According to the initial payment plan, the plots can be booked by paying a 30% down payment and the remaining amount of plots can be paid in 24 monthly installments. Keep in mind that currently, this project is illegal and it’s not secure at the moment for investment.
