The project is a government-owned project that was launched in 2020. The groundbreaking ceremony was held in March 2020 and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr.Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi inaugurated the Sky Garden housing scheme. Unfortunately after the illegal removal of PM Imran Khan many of his projects were stopped. Currently Commoners Sky Gardens project is also not NOC approved due to which it is on the list of illegal housing societies in Islamabad.

The project is planned to be located on the main Murree Expressway right adjacent to Bahria Golf City Islamabad. The residential plots are available in 5-marla, 10-marla, 2-kanal, and 1-kanal sizes whereas the commercial plots are available for sale in 5-marla sizes. The plots can be booked by paying a small down payment and the remaining can be paid in installments.

NOC Status
The project has not yet been approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA). In Islamabad, it is compulsory that every housing project should get their project approved by all relevant authorities including CDA.
Payment Plan
The development and construction of the project was stopped because of its illegal status. The official payment plan is not yet available. The plots are available in 5-marla, 10-marla, 1, and 2-kanal sizes. If there is any update of the NOC and payment plan we will update the information.
