Islamabad: Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has inaugurated the “Invest Pak” portal, describing it as the beginning of a new era of investment in Pakistan. He said the modern digital platform will make the investment process easier, more transparent, and more efficient for both domestic and international investors.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Muhammad Aurangzeb said the government is committed to promoting investment and providing investors with modern facilities. He congratulated the Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan, Jameel Ahmad, on this initiative and stated that the “Invest Pak” portal marks the start of a new chapter for investment in Pakistan.
According to the Finance Minister, the portal will provide foreign investors with easier access to investment opportunities in Pakistan while presenting a wide range of investment prospects across various sectors on a single platform that meets international standards.
He also announced that citizens can now begin investing with as little as Rs. 5,000 through the JazzCash app. He said the initiative aims to provide ordinary citizens, particularly small investors, with easier access to the financial markets and to promote a culture of investment across the country.
