Abdullah Town was a housing project that was expected to be launched in Islamabad. The developers were aiming to begin the development of the project as soon as possible but according to real estate Islamabad and CDA, a housing project should get their NOC approved before beginning the development of any real estate project. The projects that don’t secure their NOC are marked as illegal by the Capital Development Authority.
In case of Abdullah Town H17 they tried to get their NOC approved but due to some legal issues and alot of pre requisits of no objection certificate was not done, CDA disapproved their application and NOC was not approved. Currently according to Capital development authority official webiste this project is illegal and no one should invest by buy in this housing project.
